Position: Per Diem Case Manager.

Job Summary: Working with children and youth based in belfast area.

Qualifications: are Bachelor’s degree in related field, some special education/ special needs population experience – LSW or LSW-C, or eligibility for same.

Salary Range: excellent  fee for service rate with experience.
