Broadreach Family & Community Services is a private, non- profit agency nurturing children and families in mid-coast Maine since 1983.  Broadreach is currently accepting resumes for the following career opportunities in late August 2011.

Full time Early Childhood Teachers in our NAEYC accredited preschool inclusive classrooms in Rockland and Belfast.  Position will be responsible for implementing and supervising the daily operation of literacy enriched classroom.  Applicants must have a baccalaureate degree in early Childhood Education or related field and at least 3 years experience in teaching preschool programs.  High Scope Curriculum and Special Education is a plus.

Full time PreK program Teacher in Waldo County.  Teacher will be responsible for implementing and supervising the daily operation of literacy enriched Four Year Old program classrooms.  This program is a collaborative with the local school districts.  Applicants must hold current 081 Maine Teaching Certification.  Experience in Special education, High Scope curriculum and literacy education a plus.

Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.  Salary range is $13.50- $17.00 an hour depending upon experience.
