Full-time Adult Intellectual Disability Community Case Manager

Broadreach Family & Community Services is a private, nonprofit nurturing children and families in mid-coast Maine since 1983.

We are seeking applicants to fill an opening for a full-time Adult Intellectual Disability Community Case Manager. You will provide direct case management to adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. This position is based in our Belfast office.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. LSW is preferred. The right candidate will have at least 1 years experience working with this population, familiarity with EIS and the PCP process, and a strong commitment to foster community based social services in Midcoast Maine. Understanding of Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders is required. Must have clean driving record, current Maine State driver’s license and adequate insurance to transport clients as needed.
